3. For C.O.D. orders, add $10.00
4. In order to give the customer the most
accurate shipping charges, call, fax,or e-mail your order, and we will
figure your shipping costs for you, OR we can apply the shipping charges
as a separate charge to your credit card. |

chart and include the shipping charges, then email
the order form to us and call with your credit card (You should not email
your credit card information) or you can print and fax this form with your

If sending
credit card information, we will charge the exact shipping costs to your
order.
